La Verne – Corner Restaurant location to bank conversion

Ontario Mills – Developing a multi-acre hospitality/retail project

Temecula – Out-pad restaurant conversion site on the Temecula promenade.

Ontario – 10 Acre Project: Master planned 15 acre project at Vineyard Avenue and the 60 freeway.

Ontario – 5 Acre Project: Developed a 5-acre retail project

Glendora – 9 Acre Project: Developed a 9-acre project with a 6-screen movie theater and various other complementary tenants.

Glendora – 4 Acre Project: Developed a 4-acre center with nation health club and complimentary tenants

Rancho Cucamonga – 4 Acre Project: Developed a 4-acre retail center. Tax Exempt Certificates of Participation in the amount of $4,200,000 provided for financing.

Banning – 2 Acre Project: Master planned the construction of a freestanding 18,00 sq. ft. Rite Aid drive-thru building.

The Original Irvine Ranch Market: Owned and operated the Original Irvine Ranch Market from 1989, when it was purchased from the Trustee, until 1996, when sold to a Vons Corporation executive.
